At this time Basilica Hudson is a Seasonal Venue offering private event rentals April – November. Until the building is fully climatized for year round events, seasonal heating packages are available at variable rates.
TOURS & SITE VISITS: Basilica Hudson is not open to walk-ins. All Wedding Tours and Site Visits must be arranged in advance and scheduled through our office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Booked wedding clients are allowed 3 site visits, in additional to the initial Wedding Tour, for the purpose of planning and vendor meetings. Due to COVID – 19 restrictions, initial wedding tours will be held virtually and site visits will resume in early Spring 2021.
HOLDS & DEPOSIT: Sorry, due to the high volume of inquiries, Basilica Hudson will not hold dates until your Wedding is booked. Your dates are confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and first payment. We do not book sight-unseen, so please make an appointment for a Virtual Wedding Tour by contacting email@example.com.
PAYMENTS: A signed contract and initial payment is due within 7 days of receiving the contract for your wedding date. A payment schedule will be arranged with the last payment due 45 days before the date.
EVENT MANAGEMENT: Basilica Industries does not provide on-site management of your event. Wedding Clients are required to hire a third-party event planner/coordinator to manage ‘day-of’ coordination at a minimum. This entity will be the point person for all Vendors on site for the day of your event. We will happily provide you with a list of preferred Wedding Coordinators who are familiar with our space and have positive reviews from previous Clients.
LIABILITY INSURANCE: Clients are responsible for securing event insurance for their event. We recommend WedSafe.
