At this time Basilica Hudson is a Seasonal Venue offering private event rentals April – November. In 2023 the building will be a climate controlled building running 100% on solar.
TOURS & SITE VISITS: Basilica Hudson is not open to walk-ins. All Wedding Tours and Site Visits must be arranged in advance and scheduled through our office by emailing coordinator@basilicarentals.com.
HOLDS & DEPOSIT: Sorry, due to the high volume of inquiries, Basilica Hudson will not hold dates until your Wedding is booked. Your dates are confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and first payment. We do not book sight-unseen, so please make an appointment for a Virtual Wedding Tour by contacting coordinator@basilicarentals.com.
PAYMENTS: A signed contract and initial payment is due within 7 days of receiving the contract for your wedding date. A payment schedule will be arranged with the last payment due 45 days before the date.
EXCLUSIVE VENDORS: For the 2023 wedding season a wedding planner must be hired through Hudson Valley Ceremonies and catering must be contracted with Local 111 (some exceptions will be allowed).
LIABILITY INSURANCE: Clients are responsible for securing event insurance for their event. We recommend WedSafe.
